Acts 17:1-18:17
Paul does not let hardship stop him from preaching the gospel. He journeys to Thessalonica and then Berea, preaching until he is run out of town. Then, in Athens, he has an opportunity to speak to a large crowd about Jesus. Finally, he makes his way to Corinth where he finds some success, as he is able to stay for 1.5 years preaching and teaching.
In Paul’s preaching, the most important thing we see is that the gospel is for everybody. God commands all people to repent and turn to him. He has made himself known to us so that we can. Because of this, it is important for us to share the gospel, because we never know who will turn to him in faith. And, if we truly love our neighbor, we will not want them to face God’s wrath & judgment.
